Amber Meadows
MFT-I
I am dedicated to supporting each individual's unique mental health journey with empathy, compassion, and respect. I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where individuals feel heard, valued, and understood. I am especially passionate about trauma-informed care, anxiety, mindfulness, stress management, with a focus on collaborative and evidence-based approaches. I hold a master’s degree in psychology and am currently pursuing a second master’s in clinical counseling at Alliant International University, where I am gaining hands-on experience providing therapy under clinical supervision. I have experience working in non-profit organizations and residential programs, where I’ve supported individuals across a wide range of ages and backgrounds in both individual and group environments. Outside of work and school, I enjoy being in nature, dancing, and going on walks with my dog. I look forward to working with you!
