Tracy Kraft
MFT-I
I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, with a focus on depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and parenting support. I offer a compassionate, client‑centered space where individuals can explore their thoughts and feelings, build self‑awareness, and strengthen their connection with themselves and those around them. My approach integrates evidence-based practices and is always adapted to each person’s unique strengths, needs, and goals.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent twenty years strengthening nonprofit and community institutions, and I now bring that same dedication to supporting individuals and families. I hold a deep commitment to fostering resilience, belonging, self‑acceptance, and self‑empowerment. I believe every client has innate resources to draw upon, and my goal is to collaborate with clients to nurture emotional wellbeing and create a strong foundation for growth. I might also incorporate art therapy, nature therapy, and mindfulness to support healing, insight, and self‑expression.
